Introduction

Hey guys, it's been a while.

I've been working on my new website, nomaditsu.com, and hacking my mind with AI music. Check out the project when you get a chance!

But I had to come back and do this video, because I finally got access to Comet Browser by Perplexity. If you know me, I'm a big fan of Perplexity. I even did an hour-long tutorial on it — definitely check that out too.

The Search for an Actionable AI Browser

I've been trying to get an AI browser that actually takes actions. This is the first one I've seen that actually does what it says it's going to do. And I have a use case that's already saved me hours of time, and it's just the first one I've found — we're only scratching the surface.

I had to come back and show you this, so you could take advantage and see the power it has. Let's get into it.

Today's Use Case: Data Entry

The use case I'm covering today is data entry. I know you might think, "Oh, boring! Why would we do data entry?" But that's exactly why we want to do it with AI — to take the drudgery out of grunt work. This is going to automate so much and save you so much time.

I want to show you how I've implemented it with a concrete use case. I hate videos that give you unrealistic use cases, so I'm showing you how I use it for my own site.

My Site Setup & Motivation

I built my site on Shopify and "vibe coded" it. I even did a whole article on how to vibe code Shopify if you're interested.

The reason? I was frustrated that when I searched Google or Perplexity, it wasn't finding all my lyrics for my songs. So I said: I'll put all my songs, my whole YouTube library, and all my articles on this website — a central hub that will feed LLMs, AIs, and search engines. And I recommend you make your own site for that same reason. When everything is AI-based, the AI learns from the web… so influence what search agents find! What the AI knows about you determines your profile in the future.

Metaobjects & Content Organization

Let me show you how songs (and more) show up on my site. If you go to "AI Music," you'll see all my songs are there. On the backend, I use metaobjects — I've written articles on metaobjects and vibe coding in Shopify.

Metaobjects let you create specific data types for your site. For example: special YouTube videos, music, anything with unique metadata. Creating and entering metaobjects is convenient — add the data and instantly see it appear as a formatted post, which saves a lot of time, though there's still work required to fill each field.

I end up pulling info from many sources — YouTube, YouTube Music, my distributor, Notion, Threadless for merch, and more. It's a lot of clicks and cognitive load!

Automating Tedious Work with Comet AI

Comet AI now automates this for me. We're going to do it live: I haven't added my latest song yet, so let's try it out.

Open the browser and click the assistant button to reveal the assistant panel. I didn't prepare a prompt, just winging it because it's so powerful. I use Super Whisper (a speech-to-text app) so I can dictate prompts instead of typing. I say, "I need you to fill out this form using info from these tabs."

It vibe codes the instructions, and starts pulling data from the tabs. Sometimes it doesn't catch certain tabs (e.g. DistroKid or lyrics), so I copy and paste manually. But generally, you just set the context, add any special links, and let it go!

Live Demo: Watching the AI Work

Now, it’s gathering album, product, and music information, accurately retrieving from all sources you provide. It fills the form: metadata, lyrics, product details, playlists — you name it. Sometimes it won't get the image or cover art, but it’s surprisingly close. If something is wrong (like the wrong cover), you can fix it yourself.

I love seeing the thinking process on the right. When it's done, there's a summary of everything it just did. Normally, this would take 10–15 minutes — and it's not just about time, it's cognitive load and the frustration of click-copy-paste tasks. The AI just does it!

I sometimes need to fix or add details, but overall, I'm just uploading a cover, clicking, and saving. And even when it misses lyrics, I can instruct it to fetch them — or just copy from a link.

Results & Impact

Let's check the site. Reload, scroll down, and — boom! The new song is added, all information and lyrics included. Of course, I could finesse details later (add background, psychology, stories), but the tedious work is complete in one AI-powered prompt. That saves tons of time and frustration.
