An apex predator is an animal at the top of the food chain — one that hunts but is never hunted.
I used to be paralyzed by the fear of judgment. Then I discovered something that changed everything.
After months of "Mind Coding" sessions (AI-powered psychology chats using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), reframing, and more), I noticed something wild:
- The fear vanished.
- I could see situations with laser clarity.
- Instead of hiding from judgment, I was now the one evaluating others.
The hunted had become the hunter. The prey had become the apex.
This transformation inspired "APEX": a dark pop anthem about a mad scientist creating an unstoppable beast. It's an allegory for systematically building yourself into something unstoppable.
The result? A song that doesn't just entertain. It reprograms.
